Admission Requirements

• The application form must be completed.

• The enrollment fee must be paid in full.

• The school's parent's contract must be signed.

• The covid contract must be signed.

• A medical form must be completed by a Doctor.

           (This is to ensure the child is in good health to attend school.)

• A photo 

• A transcript or reference letter (If coming from a previous school)

 

A copy of:

•  Birth certificate

•  Passport / NIB

• Immunization Card
